BI-WEEKLY CHECK IN WITH NUTRITIONIST
Your diet & nutrition is key! So I have out-sourced this task to a very diligent and capable nutritionist who will ensure that you adhere to a strict diet, that is filled with flavourful foods! For this one monthly price you get two diligent professionals. With your check-ins happening every two weeks, we will definitely keep you on track...
2 SESSIONS A WEEK
Your monthly subscriptions guarantees you 2 in-person sessions every week, more than enough to meet and exceed your goals. If you are keen on doing more work, or on a specific timeline, we can make increase the number of 1 on 1 sessions each week.
**Additional charges apply for additional 1 on 1 sessions**
RECOVERY & MAINTENANCE
Access to hydrothrerapy, as well as other active recovery modalities in order to keep your body performing at it's best, while minimizing the potential risk of injury! Recoveery sessions are bi-weekly, but additional sessions can be purchased as needed.
ADDITIONAL REMOTE SESSIONS AVAILABLE
We also have the options to include additional workout sessions remotely through our App. These are for those individuals who are looking to add an additional in home or in gym workout to their work week, and is included at no additional charge!
